Yagba East Executive Chairman, Hon Asiru Abdulrazaq pay a Courtesy visit to Chief Jide Omokore in his Isanlu home.

The Executive Chairman of Yagba East LGA, Hon. Asiru Abdulrazaq Ijagbemi, pay a courtesy visit to a Quentessential Leader, business mogul, respected father and an illustrious son of Isanlu land; Chief Jide Omokore in his Isanlu country home.

Hon Abdulrazaq Asiru in his short remark expressed excitement as he welcomes home his  father, inlaw and an elderstateman with great influence. He noted that, Asiwaju of Isanlu kingdom is a source of pride to isanlu land and Yagba east, saying having such a bridge builder, business mogul and a philanthropist is a blessing to isanlu and Yagba East at large.

He in his words, " i respectfully crave for your fatherly support and admonition in our quest to build a virile, viable and  peaceful Yagba east local Government, saying your experience as a business tycoon and reknown political leader can not be overemphasized.

Chief Omokore in his response, said let me first congratulate you on your victory at the poll as the elected Chairman of Yagba East local Government Council. I can not but wish you successful tenure as you pilot the affairs of our people. You can count on my support always, because the task for a "Greater Isanlu" should be a collective one for all true abroginal of Isanlu land. 

He appreciated Hon. Abdulrazaq and his entire team, for the love and honour done on him. In his words "He said am delightfully grateful for this visit, which speaks volume of the love we share and unity we enjoy as a people. Going forward, We must leave no stone unturned to sustain this kind of brotherly love and accord in our quest to move isanlu forward.

The august visit also afforded both of them to discuss extensively about the unity, development and welfare of isanlu and Yagba East LGA at large .

The Executive Chairman of Yagba East, Hon. Asiru Abdulrazaq Ijagbemi, has    officially flag-off the operations of the National Directorate Of Employment Special Public Works(SPW) in Yagba East Local government Area of Kogi State amidst jubilation and praises for President Muhammadu Buhari and Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State.

The State Director of the National Directorate Of Employment, Alhaji Abubakar Zakari who was on ground to monitor the flag-off;  in his address  commended  President Muhammadu Buhari and the Governor  of Kogi State His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello for the Special Public Works  initiative and for making the vision  a reality.

The State Coordinator further praised the singular effort of the Executive Chairman of Yagba East, Hon. Asiru Abdulrazaq Ijagbemi  for his relentless efforts in  ensuring  that the implementation of the Special Public  Works(SPW) program commenced  in Yagba East Local Government.    Saying Yagba East became the fourth Local Government in Kogi State to start  the implementation of the program.

Alhaji Abubarkar Zakari  congratulated  the successful  beneficiaries; urged them to justify their  selection  by making sure they are committed, faithful and honest in carrying out their assigned duties. 

The Executive Chairman, Hon. Asiru Abdulrazaq Ijagbemi, in his speech appreciate President Buhari for his commitment towards  lifting the  ordinary Nigerians out of  poverty.   

Hon. Asiru Abdulrazaq Ijagbemi, extols the leadership qualities of His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello who has demonstrated strong commitment to the implementation of the Special Public Works program in the state.  He urged the beneficiaries not to relent in their support for the All Progressive Congress(APC).

He enjoins the beneficiaries to show commitment to duties and ensure that Yagba East come first in rating  in terms of performance.

Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries  Pastor Elijah, thanked the Government of the  for giving them the opportunity, promised to give their best to the service and they will never disappoint them.
