The Students Agog As Unity Campaign Network 4 Leke/Omede Takes The Gospel of Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide And Dr. Idris Omede To The Indigenous Students of Kogi State University (NAOS, ISA, NAES)

Few months to Kogi State gubernatorial election, a support group, Unity Campaign Network 4 Leke/Omede (UCNLO) under the leadership of a man who is highly committed to the victory of Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide and Dr. Omede Idris Mandate, Engr. Ashiru Oluwasegun visited the Okun students and the executive members of National Association of Ebira Student (NAES) and the executive of Igala Student Association (ISA) of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba to support the election of Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide as the next governor of Kogi State.

The visitation which lasted for more than four hours, commenced at the pre-degree lecture theater which the groups representatives states on the antecedents and achievement of Elder Leke Abejide as reps member representing MopaMuro/Yagba East and Yagba West federal constituency

The meeting was well attended by the President of National Association of Okun Student and members, National Association of Ebira Student, Igala Student Union respectively in attendance. Excitement was all written over the face of the people of the attendees, they expressed confidence in electing Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide on  November 11th, 2023.

The Ebira Student President, Comrade J. Ismail Ataba, says that Okun people are his next door neighbor which have been a good companions both politically and none politically to the central senatorial district and as such Elder Leke Abejide Mandate is the mandate to key into.

The President, National Association of Okun Student (NAOS) Comr. Adewumi Lucky Monday, stated that it is only a wicked person that will leave the good for bad and for that reason Elder Leke Abejide and Dr. Idris Omede ticket is a goal, he urged the entire students to give their supports to them so that history will be justifiable to all.

Also speaking is the president of Igala Student Association (ISA), Comr. Ahmed Lukman Ogijo Iman who advised the student not to embark on ethnicity and tribal sentiment because ethnicity and tribal sentiment have overtime bastardized confluence state and the only way out is to elect someone who will be faithful to the electorates and he see nothing but good governance in Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide he urged the students to make the right decisions by electing a man that understand their pains and readily to solved it.

Unity Campaign Network For Leke/Omede under the leadership of Engr. Ashiru Oluwasegun has urged students of National Association of Okun Student (NAOS) and the Executive Members of National Association of Kogi State Student (NAKOSS) Federal University Lokoja (FUL) chapter to give their supports to Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide as governor of Kogi State come November 11, 2023 for his numerous physical development before and after his emergence as reps member representing Yagba federal constituency since 2019.

The representatives of the group made the appeal yesterday, Friday 14th, 2023 during their visit to the students at the Adankolo Campus of the school.

As part of their campaign activities, which involves direct interface and discussion with the students and voters across Kogi State  used the opportunity to reel out the physical intervention and projects of the governorship candidate of African Democratic Congress (ADC) as a reps member representing the good people of Yagba federal constituency

The group representatives highlighted some of the key projects started and completed by the Elder Leke Abejide in time past which includes payment of WAEC fees for Yagba students both in private & public school of the federal constituency which he has extended it to the public schools in Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu federal constituency and presently promising to extend it to every local government of the state, educational infrastructure, such as building of 300 capacity ICT center in Isanlu and other amenities within the state and beyond.

The group note that Rt. Hon. Leke Abejide has demonstrated his commitment to the constituents with his outstanding achievements that have helped the society to grow.

The group appeals to students to send a strong message that hard work and excellent performance matter by electing Leke/Omede as Kogi State governor and deputy governor respectively on November 11, 2023 so that Kogites can enjoy full dividends of democracy.

Speaking on behalf of  Okun students Comr. Ajayi Kolawole David says that he can attest to the good deeds of Elder Leke Abejide and his numerous positive impact for the student's, pledged allegiance and total support for the mandate of Leke/Omede.

Also speaking is the NAKOSS President, Comr. Alhasan Nuhu who harps on his hearing of the good work of Elder Leke Abejide in Kogi West, he assured the students that Abejide will extend such gestures to other part of the state if giving the mandate to govern the state, he appreciates the team for the visit and pray that God will grant their heart desires.

The Member representing Yagba East state Constituency at the state house of assembly  Hon. Emmanuel Obaro has felicitated with the Agbana of Isanlu kingdom HRM Oba (Dr) Moses Etombi and the  people of Isanlu kingdom as he identified today as a unique day not only in the life of Agbana but in the existence of Isanlu as a city in Kogi West Senatorial District.

The above was contained in a congratulatory message to the monarch which the legislator made available to journalists earlier today.

According to Hon. Emmanuel Obaro, the throne of Agbana of Isanlu is currently occupied by Oba (Dr) Etombi Moses has been taken to the next level judging by the development the town has been experiencing since the enthronement of the traditional ruler.

The lawmaker hinted that he cherished Oba Dr Etombi Moses so much for his doggedness and commitments towards the uplift of his people and Territory.

“Kabiesi is an upright Oba in Okun land and with the pace at which he moves about for the developments of Isanlu kingdom and Yagba East, his reign will surely take the ancient city to an enviable height,” Hon. Emmanuel Obaro prayed.

He however prayed that Oba (Dr) Moses Etombi lives long in sound health, abundant wealth and peace of mind on the throne of his forefathers.

The program promises to give the best to the women and the needy of Kogi State.

HELPLINE FOUNDATION FOR THE NEEDY ABUJA,has over time through this scheme brought over a thousand women off the street of Abuja and has given them a means of livelihood as parent and is set to bring such opportunity to Kogi State Women and the needy with the inauguration tomorrow.
