Distinguished Senator Sunday Karimi clear Air on iluagba-Mopa to egbe Road. 

This is to bring to the notice of the general public that the ongoing palliative repairs on the Iluhagba-Mopamuro-Isanlu-Egbe-Ilorin Trunk-A Federal Road by various Contractors for a speedy completion of the project as facilitated by Distinguished Sen. Sunday Karimi so as to ameliorate the hardship faced on that road and to also boost the economy of the people living along that road has not stopped at any section.

This was made possible through lobby and a healthy relationship that the senator and the Minister of Works, Engr. Dave Umahi have. Although the project is a palliative measure that is expected to assist easy movement by road users pending when necessary funding are sourced for a complete reconstruction and/or through Public Private Partnership that is one of those options itemized by the senator severally on the floor of the Senate.

We find it expedient to write this message because of the rumours of abandonment of some sections of the road, particularly the section at Mopa. We by this piece appeal to everyone to remain calm as all the sections that requires repairs will receive same according to the budget of the contract which is as stated earlier and the senator will ensure that every metre of the road, no matter how small it is receive maximum attention and every Kobo collected by each contractor is spent on that road. 

Sen. Sunday Karimi remain committed to ensuring that Kogi West receive the maximum attention needed from the federal government to complement the effort of the State government and like he promised during his campaigns, he will never renege or compromise any of those promises. With your support and prayers he will do even more to further ensure that dividends of democracy are brought down to the locals.
