Your support and guidance have been instrumental in my journey to this position, and I am truly thankful for the confidence you have placed in me.

Under his stewardship, we have witnessed remarkable strides and achievements that have rewritten the history of our state. Yagba East APC Chairmanship candidate, Hon. Dr. Dare Joshua Venza, has praised Governor Ahmed Usman's approval of the new minimum wage of ₦72,500 for Kogi State civil servants.

"This decision demonstrates Governor Usman's commitment to workers' welfare and well-being," said Hon. Dr. Venza. "I commend him for taking this bold step to ensure our workers are adequately compensated."

Hon. Venza highlighted the positive impact on civil servants and their families, noting it will alleviate financial burdens and improve their standard of living. He urged other state governments to follow Governor Usman's example and prioritize employee well-being by increasing the minimum wage.
