Eld-El-Kabir Celebration: Hon. Asiru Abdulrasaq Ijagbemi Felicitates With Muslim Ummah.
The Executive Chairman Yagba East Local Government in his sallah message, calls on the Muslim Ummah in Yagba East and Kogi state to reflect on the good virtues of personal sacrifice as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, in Eld-El-Kabir Sallah celebration.
The council Boss reminded everyone on the need to remain each other’s keeper as the anchor for peaceful co-existence and for a better tomorrow.
Hon. Asiru Abdulrasaq Ijagbemi said Eid-El-Kabir is a time for forgiveness, sober reflection and sacrifice which should also be dedicated to prayers for love and peace to thrive throughout the nation.
“EID-EL-KABIR is a time to usher in spirituality, peace, dedication, honesty, as we match towards a common destiny” Hon. Abdulrasaq said.
The council Boss prayed for God to spare the lives of citizens to witness more returns of the blessed day.
He also wished all pilgrims in the Holy Land a successful exercise and thereafter journey mercies on return.
