GOVERNOR YAHAYA BELLO, CON IS SET TO LAUNCH KOGI STATE DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2024-2056
As His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello,CON is set to exit the oval office as 4th Executive Governor of Kogi state in the next few days after using his constitutionally acceptable eight(8) years, he's leaving behind an enduring legacies that cut across all sectors in the state, of immense significance, is the Kogi state development plan 2024-2056.
The Kogi State Development plan is a 32-year long-term development plan that would guarantee sustainable growth and development through a strategic governance approach that would engender an improved human capital development, security, socio-economic renaissance, and the overall prosperity of the good people of kogi state.
The purpose of the KSDP is to provide overall direction for the growth and development of the state. It will provide a framework through which all sectors of the economy-public, private, and civil society can direct their energies and expertise towards the improvements of quality of life in the state.
This long-term plan crafted under the leader of His Excellency,Governor Yahaya Bello,CON underscores his commitment to the Greater Kogi project by harnessing the abundant human and material resources in the state to deliver good governance that includes economic growth, human capital development, infrastructure& public utilities and social development.
The launch of the document : Kogi state development plan (2024-2056) will take place as follows;

To further validate His Excellencys commitment to building a virile Kogi into the future, he once said in one of his quotes, " We must work together in this Kogi Development project, by ensuring that the plan is not just Implemented but that it's able to deliver the Kogi state of our collective dream. So help us God."
Also, the incoming governor, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman has shown readiness to harness the progressive intention of the document, which he clearly stated in his manifesto, "Our Vision for Consolidation and Continuity seeks to sustain our journey on the new direction path to lift Kogi State to a higher level of performance and success. We pledge to vigorously implement the broad ideas and initiatives presented in this document, the 32-Year Development Plan, to granular levels."
