To ensure accountability, a committee comprising distinguished individuals with unblemished character has been established to oversee the fair and efficient distribution of palliatives across all wards.

The event was attended by various key stakeholders, including the Yagba East Traditional Council of Chiefs, civil servants, farmers, market women, political appointees, and other community stakeholders. This inclusive gathering reflects the commitment to reaching all sectors of the community and ensuring that the palliatives are distributed equitably.

Hon Dr Joshua Dare Monday Venza also took the opportunity to commend Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman for conceptualizing and implementing the palliative program. He expressed gratitude for the governor's proactive measures in addressing the economic challenges faced by citizens. The categorization of the governor's interventions into immediate, medium, and long-term measures demonstrates a strategic and comprehensive approach to addressing the diverse challenges faced by the citizens.

This initiative by Hon Dr Joshua Dare Monday Venza exemplifies a commitment to the welfare of the community, demonstrating effective leadership and responsiveness to the pressing needs of the citizens in Yagba East Local Government Area.
