The Honourable Commissioner of Finance,Budget and Economic Planning, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris,FCA has expressed heart of congratulations to His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on the auspicious occasion of his 100days in office as the Executive Governor of the confluence state, saying his purposeful leadership is hugely felt across all strata in the state.

Asiwaju, in his congratulatory message, extolled His Excellencys uncommon leadership style, which has largely translated to be people oriented and focused on maintaining the state on the trajectory of sustainable development. In just 100 days in office, kogi State has witnessed a quantum leap of good governance deliverables that are hinged on promoting public interest, Asiwaju asserted.

The Honourable Commissioner said Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has not only shown capacity and adequate preparation for governance, he's also poised and committed to launch kogi state to a greater height of developmental strides, using the states 32 years development plan as a lunch pad to drive the continuity and consolidation agenda.

In his words, " His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is a change maker, democrat to the core, humanist per excellence and a leader who places premium on the growth, comfort and happiness of his subjects, all this he has demostrated in his short stint in office. Like he has always emphasised, the people are the real leader, while he takes the servant leader role  and in all fairness His Excellency has not deviated from that line of ideology."

"Our people are massively feeling the impact of government under the  leadership of His Excellency, even in this dire economic situation through provisions of quarterly palliative, prompt, and full payment of salaries and pension, ongoing road infrastructures, humane policies and plans in the agricultural sector, free healthcare delivery through the state health Insurance scheme, approval of scholarship and bursary for higher institution students and many more undergoing proper planning for onward delivery to kogites."

Once again, I delightfully congratulate His Excellency on this sterling records and phenomenal impact made in just 100 days, which is a conspicuous signal to the plethora of good governance dividends to be expected in the life of the continuity and consolidation administration.
