FEDERATION OF YAGBA WEST STUDENT UNION, CLEAR AIR ON MISS OKUN SAYS ; We are not amazed by the action of the self acclaimed Senate President in person of one Adebowale Solomon, we are used to his wayward lifestyle, the truth is not far fetch that he Solomon Adebowale is the one behind the long term NAOS crisis over the years, we want to bring to the notice of the general public that this is not the first time he Solomon Adewale is causing division in NAOS, it was this same Adebowale Solomon who brought thugs and destructed the last NAOS national convention that was held last year at Kabba and he is about to advance his violent divisional behaviour on the just concluded MISS OKUN CONTEST due to the fact that his plans to hijack the program for his candidate to emerge was not permitted by the Students and meaningful stakeholders of the Association who took their time to be part of the success of the program.

It is no more a news that there are some group of people lead by one Adebowale Solomon to bring down the names of HON. KUNLE OLA, COMR. OMOSONA T. OLAKUNLE (TY DOT) and Owoniyi Olasunkanmi Jethro due to their failed plan to hijack the 2022 Miss Okun Conducted on the 8th of January 2022 at Yagba West Civic Centre Odo-Ere.

The painful aspect is that Adebowale Solomon who is suppose to be the one to ensure Laws and the constitution of NAOS is adhere to as the Senate President is the same person violating and doing everything possible to turn NAOS constitution upside down 

We are warning and advising  Adebowale Solomon and his co-evil plotters in their best interest to desist from instigating the masses, defaming the character and trying to pull down some of our highly respected Comrade and leaders who has served NAOS Meritoriously and immediately tender an open apology to our leaders *Hon. Kunle Ola, Comr. Omosona T. Olakunle (TYDot), Owoniyi Olasunkanmi Jethro* and leave them

out of their artificial crisis that they are causing for  NAOS and they should desist from misleading the general public as the *AUTHENTIC WINNER OF MISS OKUN 2021/2022 CROWN IS QUEEN JIMOH JULIET OLUWAGBOTEMI* as any other person parading herself as Miss Okun is nothing but an impersonator, she should desist now or face the law.

However, we will like to make some clarifications with clear evidence below in the interest of the general public:

For fairness, equality and justice a Six (6) man panel of judges was set up respectively from the six axis of Okun Land as stipulated in the constitution and the axis are as follows:

1. Bunu Axis

2. Kabba Axis

3. Ijumu Axis

4. MopaMuro Axis

5. Yagba East Axis and

6. Yagba West Axis

The judges was headed as the Chief Judge by Hon Comrade Kunle Ola who represented the Yagba West Axis as announced by the National President Comrade Adeyemi Babarinde Sunday.

They Started and ended with four appearances by the 3 Contestants.

The contest was fair, transparent and everything went well.

The program was successful and at the end of the contest a winner was announced in person of Queen Jimoh Juliet Oluwagbotemi as the winner of the contest and the new Miss Okun for the year 2021/2022 with a percentage mark of 85% while contestant No 3 who came second with a percentage point of 83% in the contest in person of Miss Mopelola who hail from Ijumu was announced as the Miss Okun Elegance for the year 2021/2022 and finally the Contestant No 2 in person of Miss Endurance who hail from Bunu came 3rd with a percentage point of 79% was announced as Miss Okun Culture and all this results was announced by the Chief Judge in the presence of every other Judge and all the Students who were in the beauty contest program.

The judges who decided to honored me Comrade Atanda Victoria Adebisi the National President of Federation of Yagba West Student Union as the only female National President from Okun Land who was on ground to crown Queen Jimoh Juliet Oluwagbotemi as the New Miss Okun for the year 2021/2022.

After the privilege given to me to crown the New Miss Okun everyone celebrated and left to their various houses peacefully without any form of rancor from any student and lovers of students that were on ground .

To my surprise in the following morning I came across a post from Adebowale Solomon attached with the picture of Miss Mopelola who was announced as Miss Okun Elegance at the Succesful Miss Okun 2021/2022 held on the 8th of January 2022 with a crown on her head and she was been addressed as the authentic Miss Okun 2021/2022 as against the announcement made by the Judges at the Successful Miss Okun program headed by Hon Comrade Kunle Ola as the Chief Judge who announced the results and declare Miss Mopelola as Miss Okun Elegance. 

Adebowale Solomon came up with his hidden plan to congratulate one Miss Mopelola as the winner of the contest all in the name to mislead the general public and making a false claim that the contest was manipulated.

He also stated that Mis Mopelola got her 3 questions and others got 2 out of their 3 questions  forgetting the fact that a beauty pageant winner is not only determined by just the questions asked alone but with so many things .

Miss Jimoh Oluwagbotemi of Yagba West due to her exceptional performances, beautiful attires, fluently outspoken words, boldness, captivity dancing steps and adorable looks on her was able to convince the judges to emerge as the winner of the contest and the one who deserves to wear the crown.

She was declared the winner of the contest base on the collation of results done by the judges. 

Queen Jimoh Juliet Oluwagbotemi was declared the winner and crowned at the venue of the event, one will now wonder how come he Adebowale Solomon came across his own fake results that he has been flying up and down in order to mislead the general public.

In conclusion i will say that this very brief explanation for intelligent sons and daughters of Okun Land to actually know who is the true winner of the contest and the true picture of what transpired at the program as against the misleading information Adebowale Solomon has formed to mislead the respected sons and daughters of Okun Land and lovers of Okun Land.

Finally, we want to states that every impersonators should stay clear or face the wrath of the law as we will not take any form of impersonation with levity and anyone found wanting will face the law.
