Joshman Multiconcepts Limited, Lyb Investment, Liris & Uvic Tech Signed a Mine Transaction Contract. 

Joshman Multiconcepts Limited and Liris & Uvic Technologies limited entered into a multibillion mines transaction contract with their foreign partner, Lyb Investments, which took in the centre of Excellence,  Abuja.

The representatives of the three companies converged at Abuja Intercontinental Hotel on 11th July, 2023 for the formal signing of contractual agreement that's focused on mineral resources exploration and mines transaction.

It's on record that this momentous day of contract signing was achieved after many months of negotiations, paper works and meetings. Without iota of doubt, the transaction entered into will not only transform the mines sector in kogi state by unearthing opportunities, it will also impact the economy of the state and Nigeria as a whole hugely. 

According to the MD/CEO of Joshman Multiconcepts Limited, Hon. Dare Joshua, this project brings to fore alot of economic benefits that cut across individuals, community, state and the Nation at large, saying, it will create job opportunities for the youths demography, improve commerce  around the community, increase business activities from small and medium enterpreneur and most important, it will bring monumental development to the host community through cooperate social responsibility(CSR) and adjoining progress that will spring up.

Speaking further, Hon. Dare said the cooperate social responsibility initiative as captured in the agreement will cover the areas of Health, Education, public utilities and essential infrastructure and services that aide the socio-economic advancement of the host community and her inhabitants. Government can not do it alone, individuals with capacity and organisations with operational business must endeavour to compliment where necessary and that's exactly what we are going to do when this project starts, MD Joshman stated.

The site where the mining operations will take place and processing plant will be built is situated in Iddo ijesa community,  Yagba East LGA in Kogi state.

The partnering companies in their addresses emphasised that the project will not be limited to mining/exploration alone, but construction and operation of a state-of-the-art processing plant in the host community. As we will be doing business within the community through mining operations, we are making it a duty to leave a lasting and sustainable legacy of development in the state.

This signing today, without gainsaying, marks a positive turnaround in the mining space, Kogi state and the Nation as a whole, because it holds huge potential in  attracting more investment to the sector cum Nigeria.
