DG Yagba East APC for Ododo/Joel 2023 Campaign Donates N1.3 million, Provides Motorised Borehole for his Ward ahead of Inauguration. 

As it's often said, charity begins at home, although it should not end there. This popular proverb was fully demonstrated by the present Secretary to Yagba East Local Government Council, who doubles as the DG Ododo/Joel 2023 campaign in the Local Government, Hon. Dare Joshua aka Venza as he engages with party Leaders, Stakeholders and members in his political base of ward 06.

In his passionate quest to ensure APC and her Gubernatorial candidate,  Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman(OAU) is delivered from the polling unit, ward and Local Government at large, he met with party faithfuls and stalwarts to discuss strategic issues about party development, choice of Canvassers in the ward and largely how to deliver the joint ticket of Ododo/Joel 2023 come November 2023.

While speaking, Hon. Dare Joshua said the All Progressive Congress is our party, which we have all nutured in the Local Government to the present formidable state, saying, we must not allow any mushroom party to deceive nor cause division within our rank. We must continue to strengthen the party by welcoming members from the opposition, because, being in Government is far better than standing in gap as opposition.

"Come November 11th and prior to that time, I want us all to go all out to preach and market the candidate of our party. That's why we have selected 10 canvassers across all the polling units in the entire Local Government awaiting inauguration on the 9th of this month. We must not give room for fifth columnists to penetrate our midst and the ideal of anti-party should not be entertained, stressing the fact that, the coming Government will serve us better in her consolidation and continuity drive"

"As the DG of Ododo/Joel 2023 in the local government, I must be exemplary in leadership by showing the path to victory, hence, I seek for your support to not only deliver our ward, but go all out to preach the progressive gospel to the length and breath of the LGA. I am ready to stake resources,  time and energy required to make sure this project is a huge success. I have never failed you in my promises and I won't tailor your direction towards a doom path".

Further speaking, Hon Dare Joshua stressed the need for party faithfuls to stay committed, loyal and show steadfastness as we approach the November 11th Gubernatorial election. He said there is no reason Yagba East won't deliver resoundingly for APC, because all our leaders are in Unity with cohesive front and sincerity of purpose towards delivering Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman(OAU) as the next Governor of Kogi state.

To kick off political activities and the same vein enhance the welfare of members, the DG donated the sum of N1.3 million at the meeting. Also, in fulfilment of his promise prior to the state Assembly election, he promised Agimi community a motorised Borehole if they deliver APC and her Candidate, Hon. Emmanuel Obaro. They delivered Honourable Obaro in the community and in return, he has fulfilled his promise of a Motorised Borehole which has been fully paid for, awaiting execution in the nearest days.

He urged party Leaders, Stakeholders and members at the meeting to come out enmass to attend the inauguration of 830 polling unit canvassers selected across the entire Local Government and the 2000-man solidarity match for Ododo/Joel 2023 slated for the same day 9th September, 2023.
